Purchase Order Cancellation Policy
Fluid Line Technology values our relationship with you and offers a Purchase Order Cancellation Policy.
All Purchase Orders placed via email, fax, online, verbally in person or over the telephone with any employee of Fluid Line Technology are processed immediately.
All requests for any cancellation must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of Purchase Order by Fluid Line Technology.
All cancellations must be emailed or faxed in writing directly to Mr. Doug Sellers at firstname.lastname@example.org / fax. 818-998-6331
All requests for cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50 to 75% depending upon on materials purchased and / or the amount of manufacturing done to date.
All requests for cancellations made after 24 hours for “completed products” or “off the shelf “items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If the product(s) have been shipped from Fluid Line Technology you will be responsible for the entire amount of the Purchase Order plus any applicable shipping / freight costs.
Custom fabrication orders are not subject to cancellation.
Please note that most of our products are custom fabricated or standard parts with custom fabrications attached.
