General Terms and Conditions of Sale
When accepted, this document constitutes an agreement between Fluid Line Technology Corp. (“Fluid Line”) and the buyer (“Buyer”) to sell and purchase the goods and services specified on the reverse side hereof. When accepted by Buyer, this agreement is expressly limited to the terms contained herein and constitutes notice of objection to any additional or different terms in Buyer’s acceptance so as to preclude the inclusion of any different or additional terms.
