Limited Warranty
Fluid Line Technology Corporation products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from the Fluid Line Technology factory. Any product(s) that proves to be defective should be returned to Fluid Line Technology immediately. Fluid Line Technology shall repair or replace the product(s) at the discretion of Fluid Line Technology, providing that the product(s) has been used as recommended and in strict accordance with recognized industry practices, and that the product(s) have not been subject to extraordinary service, such as encountered under severe corrosive or abrasive conditions, or mishandling. Fluid Line Technology makes no warranties, express or implied, other than those listed above. Fluid Line Technology shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or contingent damages.
