Acuity – Exclusive Distribution Partner for Fluidline Technologies

Acuity Process Solutions in North Attleboro Massachusetts is pleased to announce that we have become the Exclusive Distribution Partner for Fluidline Technologies in New England and Eastern Upstate New York.  Fluidline, based in Chatsworth CA, has been a leader in the custom fabrication segment of the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries since the company was founded in 1989.  They specialize in Design, Engineering, and Fabricating of custom components and also produce a complete line of sampling, bleed and pinch valve products.  All of their products are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the ASME BPE as well as the unique needs of our customer base.

Most recently, we are excited to announce that Fluidline has partnered with Exigo LLC to develop, manufacture, and market their pinch valve line.  The offering includes pinch valves to be used with conventional sanitary tubing as well as unique modular valve bodies that use disposable molded elements for designed for more complex flow paths.  The valve is available in both manual and automated versions, and they utilize Burkert components for the pneumatic actuation and electrical control units.  In conjunction with Fluidline’s flexible manufacturing operations, the offering is designed to enable clients to streamline and improve much of their single-use manufacturing processes.

Fluidline also offers a complete line of sampling and bleed valves.  The cornerstone of their offering is a proven, high-integrity sealing system that has been in use for more than 20 years in very difficult services.   The offering includes a huge range of design variations that enable the valve to adapt to virtually any process connection and fit in areas where space  is a concern.  Coupled with color-coded handwheels to identify critical services, the Fluidline valve offering can be a critical part of plant and operator safety programs to insure that pressure is fully-relieved before a system is opened.  While there may be other bleed valves on the market, when safety is at risk you can rely on the high-integrity Fluidline design.
